Abstract

Research Summary:

The research aims to develop the speed of the distance performance of some offensive methods with the arms of the karate beginners, using a proposed training program for the karate novices, where the researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature, goal, hypotheses and sample of the study under study, and using the tribal and remote measurements of the research variables.

The research community and sample were selected in a deliberate way from the karate juniors registered in the Federation’s records for the sports season 2020/2021 AD, and they numbered (35) karate juniors for the age stage (15/16) years, and the experimental group numbered (16) juniors, and the exploratory group consisted of (14) Juniors and (5) players were excluded for non-regular training.

The total number of units in the proposed program as a whole was (48) units, with a total number of (72) hours and (4320) minutes.

The most important results of the search were:

There are statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) between the averages of the tribal and remote standards in favor of the experimental group (the Karate juniors) in developing the speed of distance performance for some offensive styles with the arms of the Karate juniors, and in favor of the post-measurement.
